1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QAFETT mobile application, the QAFETT admin panel, and any related services (together, "the Service"), operated by CyberAge ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You may hold only one personal account unless we authorise otherwise in writing.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@cyberage.today if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may delete your account at any time. See the Account Deletion page.

4. Nature of the Service — important

• Link, phone number and account checks return one of: Safe, Unknown, Under review, or Known bad. These results are based on reports stored in our database and on heuristic rules. They are indicative only.
• A "Safe" or "Unknown" result does not mean a link, number or account is legitimate. Always exercise your own judgement.
• A "Known bad" result reflects reports we have reviewed; it is not a legal finding of guilt.
• We do not guarantee that the Service is uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts are complete or current.

5. Fraud reports and evidence

• Submit reports honestly and in good faith. Knowingly false or malicious reports are a breach of these Terms.
• Only upload evidence images you have the right to share. Do not upload images containing other people's private data unless it is necessary and lawful to do so.
• Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Approved reports may be published as public community alerts.
• Published alerts never carry your identity. The fraud details are published; your name, username and email are not.
• You grant us a non-exclusive licence to review, store, and publish the fraud details in your report for the purpose of protecting other users.

6. Community content rules

When you post, comment, create listings, or otherwise contribute content, you must not:

• Post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory or discriminatory content.
• Post sexual content, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
• Impersonate any person, business or authority, or falsely claim official status.
• Publish other people's personal data (identity numbers, addresses, bank details, private messages) without their consent.
• Accuse a named individual or business of fraud without submitting it as a report through the reporting flow so it can be reviewed.
• Post spam, advertising, malware, phishing links, or attempts to defraud other users.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute it within the Service.

7. Reporting, blocking and moderation

• You can report any post, comment, listing or user from inside the app.
• You can block other users; blocked users' content is hidden from you.
• Our moderation team may hide, delete, or restrict content, and may warn, suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.
• If action is taken against you, you may submit an appeal from the Appeals screen in the app. Appeals are reviewed by a moderator.

8. Marketplace and auctions

• New listings are created with pending status and become publicly visible only after moderator approval.
• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for the legality of what they offer.
• Any payment, delivery, refund or dispute is arranged directly between the buyer and the seller, outside the Service and at their own risk.
• Do not list prohibited items, counterfeit goods, or anything restricted by applicable law.
• A bid placed in an active auction is an expression of interest between users; we do not guarantee, escrow, or enforce it.

9. Points, ranks and rewards

• Points, ranks, badges and rewards are features of the Service only.
• They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.
• We may adjust point values, catalogues and rules, and may revoke points obtained through abuse or false reporting.

10. Intellectual property

The QAFETT name, logo, interface, software and content produced by us are owned by CyberAge and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

11. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, harms other users, or is required to be removed by law.
• Where practical, we will state the reason and provide a route of appeal.
• You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from: reliance on a check result or a community alert; content published by other users; or any transaction arranged through the marketplace. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the "Last Updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
